Turning Point gift terms Version: 2026-10-26-gift-v2 ABOUT THESE TERMS These gift terms add to the Turning Point purchase terms accepted at the same checkout. Where the two differ for a gift, these gift terms apply. GreenMind Games is a trading name of GREENMIND.AI LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 14783399, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. Email support@greenmindgames.com. WHAT A GIFT IS A Turning Point gift is Vested Interests with online hosting (USD24.99, with any applicable tax shown before you pay), bought by one person, the buyer, for someone else, the recipient. Paying creates one gift code and a printable certificate. A gift purchase gives the buyer no game access or hosting. The recipient redeems the code on their own Turning Point account and then has the same access as a buyer of that pack under the purchase terms. The buyer may also redeem their own code. THE GIFT CODE A gift code works once, on one account. Redeem it within 365 days of the purchase date at play.greenmindgames.com/redeem by signing in with an email address and entering the code. After that date an unredeemed code expires. Treat the code like cash: anyone holding it can redeem it. We cannot replace a code that someone else has redeemed, unless that happened because of our mistake. A gift code cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. For a gift, the included three-year hosting period runs from the date the code is redeemed. REFUNDS, AND WHO GETS THEM The buyer is our customer for a gift purchase and holds the right to cancel. Every refund for a gift, of any kind, is paid to the buyer, using the original payment method unless the buyer expressly agrees otherwise. We never pay a refund to the recipient. The buyer can ask for a full refund of a gift within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as its code has not been redeemed. This period includes the buyer's legal right to cancel within 14 days from the day after purchase without giving a reason. The code stops working as soon as the refund is made. After 30 days, or once the code has been redeemed, a gift cannot be refunded. This does not affect statutory rights, including the right to cancel hosting described below and the rights that apply if something is wrong. At checkout the buyer asks for supply to begin when the code is redeemed. Once the code is redeemed, the buyer's 14-day right to cancel the game ends, because the game has been supplied at the buyer's express request and with the buyer's acknowledgement. Hosting begins at redemption; if the buyer cancels the hosting within 14 days of purchase, we may deduct a proportionate amount for hosting supplied before the buyer told us, as the purchase terms explain. If a gift's payment is refunded or reversed after its code was redeemed, the recipient's access from that code ends, as it would for a buyer. A payment dispute suspends that access while the dispute is reviewed. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG If the game or hosting is faulty or not as described, the recipient or the buyer can contact us and we will help. Where the law provides a refund or price reduction, we pay it to the buyer. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. THE RECIPIENT'S DETAILS The buyer may give the recipient's name, a short message and, optionally, the recipient's email address and a date. We print the names and message on the certificate. We use the email address only to send the gift code once, at 6am GMT (7am during British Summer Time) on the chosen date, and then keep only a masked form of it. We do not add the recipient to any mailing list. CHECKOUT CONSENT At checkout the buyer confirms: "I am buying Vested Interests with online hosting as a gift. Please begin supply when the gift code is redeemed. I understand that I lose my 14-day right to cancel the game once the code is redeemed, that a proportionate amount may be deducted for hosting supplied before I cancel, that a gift can be refunded only within 30 days of purchase and while its code is unused, and that any refund is paid to me, not the recipient. This does not affect anyone's statutory rights."
